Bank Rules:
If you do not have permission to withdrawl you may ask a council member to withdrawl items for you.
Items you may withdrawl from the bank include; items you are able and intend on using on that toon, items you are able and intend on using on a doppel ranked toon, items used to help your toon aquire lvls such as fishing, cooking, etc.
Items you may not withdrawl from the bank include; items you are unable to use on your toon, items you are unable to use on your toon within the next 3 lvls, items for your friends who are not in the guild, items for your toons not in the guild, items to sell/trade for personal gain.
In the rare occurance that one might actually deposit something accidently that they do not wish to have in the guild bank for guild use please contact someone immediatly. You may withdrawl your own deposited item if at the time you request it the log indicates that you have depoisted that item.
Guild Chat Rules:
Most often we do not censor guild chat, however with so many in the guild it is hard to determine what offends others. Please note that if you have a problem in guild chat or with another player we ask that you talk it over with a guild council member to have the problem addressed. Leaving the guild should be the last and final option as this is your guild also. All problems can be discussed and handled without always ending in "leave guild".
If you offend someone in guild chat please politely appologize if at all possible. If you are unable to appologize due to personal feelings refrain from commenting on the subject in guild chat period.
If someone becomes offended at an off joke, anothers opinion, etc. drop the subject and move on to another.
If you are offended by someone in guild chat decide whether it's worth mentioning. (i.e. is the conversation more than just a one line comment about one's own feelings?) If it is worth mentioning politely ask that the subject be changed. If the conversation has not changed after stating your discomfort please whisper a council member. If a council member is unavailable please mail a council member letting them know what the problem is.
If you see another is offended please remember we are all here for each other you should not only respect yourself and the guild but the other members and their opinions/feelings in the guild. DO NOT be afraid to kindly tell another that you think perhaps they should kindly change the subject or help to change the subject yourself.
The majority of this guild is adults last time it was checked so most words used in moderation are allowed however terms such that will not be allowed are at this time - F*ck and C*nt. Other terms maynot be listed and if they appear you will kindly be whispered and asked not to use those words in guild chat. However words choosen will still fall under how others react so at certain times if your choice of words offends someone you may be asked to shift gears...and are expected to do so.
Basically although we're mostly adults DO NOT talk in guild chat any other way than you would at a family function and infront of your kids, families kids etc.
WARNINGS:
We expect no one to be perfect in this guild. Everyone is gauranteed a warning. Warnings may include verbal warnings, temporary demotions in rank, or temporary loss of guild abilities.
Stealing from the guild bank will have your guild priveleges removed for a period until which you are decided trustworthy.
Verbal assults on another guild member may result in guild priveleges removed and will result in a verbal warning.
Other offenses have not occured and will be choosen what may result at any time that the offense may occur.
If an offense occurs due to misunderstanding simply state it was a misunderstanding and correct the issue.
*note: stealing from the guild bank is not the same as using the guild bank. Please do not be afraid to correctly use the guild bank* |
